I hereby agree that the Hotel Residenz Hochland GmbH (hereafter called “the hotel”) is permitted to
hold my personal data, in particular:

• Customer data (surname, first name, permanent residence, address, email, telephone and fax numbers, professional and personal contact information including contact information for particular roles and functions, place of birth, date of birth, customer references, language preferences as well as car model and licence plate information)
• Personal identification information (e.g. passport, personal ID, driving licence etc. along with information on the issuing authority, expiry date and nationality)
• Arrival and departure dates, duration of stay, room number
• Any services requested by me and personal preferences that I expressed (dietary requirement or bedding preferences), as well as allergies, intolerances, particular requirements and any particular requests made by the customer, the date and way in which they were requested and any services provided including specific data categories
• Payment details and information with regard to payments, particularly those made with EC cards, credit cards or bank cards
• Customer feedback
• Images or audio-visual recordings

And that these will be used in the following ways:

• Reservation of rooms and tables and specific services related to those reservations, booking, delivering and invoicing of rooms and services in our hotel or restaurant and any other services related to hotel performance and quality of service (B2B, B2C, FIT)
  
• For the facilitation and realisation of guest booking; the successful execution of the guest’s stay; to coordinate the hotel stay according to the wishes and interests of the guest; to ensure the provision of future hotel services which correspond with the interests of the guest; for marketing purposes as pertaining to hotel performance and the improvement of this performance.
  
• Customer service including any correspondence, processing of customer requests, charging of services, name plates for restaurant reservations.
• Booking and planning of any kind of event.
• Ordering and provision of transport services and rental cars.
• Any contact with wellness and fitness services including booking of appointments, classes or group training sessions, reservation of additional services, advice given to guests, and use of any computerised exercise equipment.
• CCTV footage of all hotel entrances, landholdings outside the hotel and all accessible areas within the hotel building and any connected material Neighbouring facilities such as car parks that are monitored for security reasons, e.g. for the protection of people and items, particularly the property of our guests or the hotel itself.

It is my intention that any services I request from the hotel and any connected services should be executed as effectively and efficiently as possible, and my specific requests should be fulfilled. In order to provide me with an optimal service, I agree that:

• All of my aforementioned data may be saved:
• For the duration of my interaction with the hotel
• Up to a maximum of 3 years, or a period for which the hotel has an obligation under current law to keep records
• So that this data can be usefully used if I undertake a new business relationship with the hotel
• Where necessary may be shared with third parties

I am aware that my agreement with the hotel may be revoked in whole or in part at any time
by sending an email to the hotel at: seefeld@hotel-hochland.com

CONSENT IN RELATION TO ADVERTISING - PERSON CONCERNED

I consent to the receipt of all electronic mail and advertising of any form, e.g. a newsletter or other mail, competition entrance offers, gift cards and vouchers, as well as invitations and information on personal events such as birthdays from: Hotel Residenz Hochland GmbH – Wettersteinstraße 184 – 6100 Seefeld.
I confirm that I am not registered on the “Robinson” list pursuant to § 7 para 2 of the e-Commerce law. I am aware that I can revoke this agreement at any time by sending an email to the hotel at: seefeld@hotel-hochland.com .

CONSENT TO GUEST CARD - PERSON CONCERNED

I agree that for the purpose of receiving and using the guest card of the local tourist board my personal
data, namely first name, surname, date of birth and duration of stay as well as the data of my fellow
travellers will be processed by the tourist board. The tourist board processes the data on the use of the
guest card for the settlement of the service providers and optimization of the programme.
This consent can be withdrawn at any time at the Tourist Info Seefeld.

I, give my consent as representative of the party I am accompanying to the processing of data and specifically personal data (name and address) of the aforesaid individual by the Hotel Residenz Hochland GmbH (hereafter referred to as the "hotel"), in particular:

Interested parties wish that the services provided by the hotel are done so in the most efficient and
timely manner possible and that the particular needs of the same are constantly taken into due
consideration. In order to receive excellent treatment consent is granted to the extent that:

• all data referred to in this disclosure is kept for the duration of the business relationship with the hotel and
• for a maximum of 3 years after termination of the business relationship with the hotel
• pursuant to current legislation relating to the maximum period for data retention,
• so the same can be processed by the hotel or transmitted to third parties
• at the express request of the interested parties and to the extent necessary

I confirm, on express behalf of those concerned,

• to have authorisation to grant this consent,
• to grant this consent as representative of each and every one of the interested parties
• to be able to prove to the hotel to have this consent on request and
• to indemnify and hold the hotel harmless to the effectiveness of the consent of the interested parties.

I have informed the interested parties of the fact that all of them have the right to totally or partially
withdraw this consent from the hotel and that they can read privacy policy of the hotel on the

well as to have obtained the consent of the interested parties.

CONSENT IN RELATION TO ADVERTISING VIA A REPRESENTATIVE

Interested party:

As the expressly appointed representative of the parties, I authorise (in the event of parties aged under
14: with the consent of those exercising parental authority) the Hotel Residenz Hochland GmbH,
Wettersteinstraße 184 – 6100 Seefeld, to send e-mails and advertising in any form, for example in the
form of newsletters or other mailing services, to participate in competitions for prizes, coupons and
vouchers as well as invitations and information relating to special events such as birthdays or other
promotions for marketing purposes.

I confirm that

• the e-mail address of the interested party does not appear on the "Robinson" list pursuant to article 7 paragraph 2 of German Law relating to e-commerce (ECG)
• on express appointment I am authorised to grant this consent on behalf of every single interested party listed in attachment 1 and to be able to provide proof to the hotel on request
• I will indemnify and hold the hotel harmless to the effectiveness of the consent
• I have informed the interested parties of the fact that all of them have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending an e-mail to the hotel.

CONSENT TO GUEST CARD VIA A REPRESENTATIVE

As the expressly appointed representative of the parties, I authorise (in the event of parties aged under 14: with the consent of those exercising parental authority), to use and issue the guest card supplied by the competent Tourist Board (German abbr. TVB), to process the data, i.e. name, surname, date of birth, period of stay, country of origin, post code and to send this data to the TVB and companies that provide advantages when using the guest card in order to manage the services and payments. Including
the processing of the data relating to use of the guest card. I confirm that I have informed all interested parties of the fact that all of them have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending an e-mail to the TVB.

SSL encryption
